About Us

In the fall of 2017, the Florida Elite Golf Tour kicked off its inaugural season.  Our goal was to create a high-level professional golf tour that the players at all levels would be excited to play. The FEGT will host tournaments at some of the best venues in central Florida, including Orange County National, The Golden Bear Club at Keene’s Pointe, and Celebration Golf Club.

The FEGT is dedicated to the touring professional. We will work hard to ensure that every event that the FEGT puts on, is ran with the utmost integrity and professionalism that every tour player expects. We will strive to maintain a tour quality atmosphere to ensure that we can exceed the expectations of every competitor.  With that, the FEGT will be guaranteeing a $5,000 first place prize for every event!  However, in our first season, the Tour Championship was able to have a $15,000 guarantee for first place!!

Tournament Fields: The Florida Elite Tour will be limited 125 players based on the daylight available. ALL tournament entries are on a first paid basis.


Tournament Cuts: The cuts will be to the top 33% and ties, of the starting field. All tournaments are riding ONLY. Cart fees are included in entry fees for tournament rounds.


Purses: Purses are made up of entry fees collected from pros and amateurs (or 80% of member entry fees). All professional players making the cut will receive a check. All first-place checks will have guaranteed minimum $5,000 for all $500 entry fee events.


NOTE: At each tournament, the host facilities are provided one (1) course exemptions. These exemptions are specific to the host professionals and/or club champion. Tour players are NOT eligible to obtain these spots. The exemptions are free to each host facility and are not counted in purse calculations.


Amateurs: Amateur players are welcome to play in APT events. However, professionals have priority in tournament entry.


Purse Distribution: Checks will be available following final scoring or mailed out the very next business day.


Tournament Deadlines: Tournament Entry Deadline – This deadline is 12:00 PM EST the day before the first round of the tournament. After this deadline date, all player entry fees will increase by $50.


Waiting List Procedure: When a tournament becomes FULL a waiting list will be established. If you are placed on the WL, you will receive an email telling you so. Entries are dated and placed on the waiting list in the order in which they are received. If a spot opens in the tournament, we will call the players on the waiting list in order until the tournament spot is filled.


Payment Policy: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express; as well as debit cards through online registration https://floridaelitegolftour.com.


Tee Times: 1st round pairings will be made available by 2:00 PM EST the day before the first round of each tournament. Pairings will be texted & emailed to players’ cell phones and available online at the tournament’s information page. Players will be repaired based on the score for each remaining tournament round.


Practice Rounds: Official practice round days is on the day before each tournament’s first-round. Players must call the host course to arrange a practice round tee time(s) and are responsible for paying for their practice round. Courses may charge up to $50 for a practice round. Range balls will be included with this fee. Range balls will also be available free to players prior to each tournament round.


Player Attire: Players are expected to dress and present themselves in a professional manner and reflect a positive image to the public (e.g. fans, sponsors, club officials, charities, junior golfers, etc.) when participating in Florida Elite Events. Player clothing and shoes shall always be clean and neat. The length of shorts should be in good taste and portray a professional image. 


Messages: Tee times and general notices are distributed by text & email. The cell number and email address you provided on your registration form will be the number used for messages.



Withdrawals and No Shows: To withdraw from a tournament, call Greyson Rossi at 410-726-7136. 

Withdrawals will be accepted for any reason when notice is given by 12:00 PM EST, 1 day before the first round. There are no fees for transferring entries to another event before the deadline.

For withdrawals or no-shows after this deadline, the player will waive his entry fee to the tournament. However, medical, and personal withdrawals after the deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case instance. No refund or credit will be given for any reason once a player has teed off.


Rainouts or Extreme Conditions: All decisions for tournaments affected by rain or extreme conditions will be made on a case-by-case basis by the tour officials and the host professional. Any weather-shortened tournament is official after 18 or 36 holes, with tour officials making every effort to complete as many rounds as possible. No partial rounds will count.

NOTE: Dependent upon weather conditions and forecasts, the Florida Elite staff reserves the right to inform players that they must start and/or complete more than one stipulated round each day.
